The Wine and Food Research Institute (IVAGRO) is an Institute of the University of Cádiz dedicated primarily to scientific and technical research in aspects related to wine and agri-food. The Institute has two locations, the first in the Andalusian Center for Wine Research (CAIV), located on the UCA’s Puerto Real Campus and the second in the Jerez Campus.
The CAIV is a joint research center, linked to the UCA and the Department of Economy, Innovation and Science of the Junta de Andalucía, within the framework of the II Andalusian Research Plan.
