Visits to vineyards in the municipality of Jerez 4 June 2024

🍇✨ Exploring winemaking excellence in the DO Jerez! Each visit has been an opportunity to learn and share knowledge 🎓🌍:

1️⃣ During our visit to IFAPA, Rancho de la Merced, we learned about their work in supporting the Jerez vineyard. Their ongoing research contributes to improving the quality and sustainability of the appellation’s vineyards and providing new strategies to adapt to climate challenges. 🌿🔬
2️⃣ We visited Bodegas Gonzalez Byass where we witnessed their rich history and legacy of winemaking in the appellation. Their combination of centuries-old experience and modern technology guarantees products of unparalleled quality 🍷🏰
3️⃣ We delved into the fascinating project of Bodegas Luis Pérez where we were able to appreciate their innovative approach and dedication to producing high quality wines. Their commitment to research and development of advanced winemaking techniques achieves unique and exceptional wines. 🍇🍷 To culminate the day, we tasted the typical vineyard lunch at Blanca Paloma, where we savored authentic and traditional dishes of the area. 🍽️✨

Thank you all for your hospitality and commitment to winemaking research! 🌿📚
