Foundation for Wine Culture                                                            13 March 2019

LAST SEATS!!!

NEW TECHNICAL MEETING OF THE FOUNDATION FOR WINE CULTURE

“Soil and vineyard management”

The Fundación para la Cultura del Vino presents a new edition of its Technical Meeting, which will be held in Madrid on Thursday 21 March and this year will deal with “Soil and vineyard management”.

Attached you will find a programme – not definitive – which once again seeks to bring together the best of scientific knowledge on the subject with practical experience in the winery and in the field.

In this edition, we have already confirmed the participation of great professionals such as Jesús Yuste, from ITACYL, Ana Sagües from EVENA Navarra, and Jorge Mongil from the University of Ávila, all of them to talk about the soil, its management possibilities and plant covers.
We will also have a presentation by Marco Simonit, one of the world’s leading experts in pruning techniques. Combining the soil and its conservation and management, with the varieties that Javier Ibáñez from the ICVV and Guillermo Cruz (sommelier) will talk about, we will go on to analyse with technicians from some of the Foundation’s wineries the practical application of these different techniques on vineyard management and the recovery of minority varieties.

We remind you that, as on previous occasions, all Members of the Club de Amigos de la Fundación de la Cultura del Vino will enjoy a 40% discount on the price of their registration.

Go to the Club’s website in the section “I WANT TO BE A MEMBER”, fill in the on-line form and take advantage of this important discount to attend the XIII Technical Meeting.

We hope it will be of interest to you. Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following address:info@culturadelvino.org
