On May 30, the course INTRODUCTION TO PROTEOMIC TECHNOLOGIES AND STRATEGIES FOR THE STUDY OF AGRI-FOOD SAMPLES APPLICATION TO BIOTECHNOLOGY has started. It will take place throughout the week at IVAGRO (Puerto Real Headquarters). The course, organized by researchers Dr. F.J. Fernández-Acero and Dra. A. Escobar, focuses on the application of proteomic techniques in the study of agri-food samples, mainly through the use and application of the equipments that have recently been installed at IVAGRO. The Vice-Rector for Science and Technology Policies, Dr. M. J. Mosquera, opened the course, after visiting the new available equipments.
Experts from the area of microbiology at IVAGRO, as well as from other UCA research institutes and other ceiA3 centers participate as speakers in the course, which is included in the ceiA3 Training Network courses 2022 program.
